3. Email
We want to hear from you, and we do answer email enquiries. We suggest that you DO NOT email your credit card details, this is not a secure method of purchasing on the internet. Send email to us at questav@questronix.com.au

The slowest method, but usually reliable. Please address mail to:

5. Personally
Sorry, personal shoppers by prior arrangement only. We do not have a showroom nor a retail shop.

6. Payment
We accept AMEX, VISA and Mastercard, but we do not accept Diners Club. We also accept *Direct Deposit / EFT, *CASH, Postal orders and Money orders, but DO NOT send cash through the mail! We will accept cheques, but they will be cleared and credited to our account before the goods are despatched and this takes up to eight business days. There is no discount for cheques.

*Please enquire for direct deposit account details. Direct deposited amounts need to appear in our account before the goods are sent, your online receipt is not acceptable as proof of payment. Note that we offer a 2.5% discount for payment by Direct Deposit or Cash. Credit cards will not be debited until the goods are available for despatch. Non-stock items require a 20% non-refundable deposit before we will order them in for you.

7. Packing & Delivery
The cost of delivery depends on the weight of the parcel/s, the distance involved and the method to be used. In the Sydney metropolitan area we charge $14.30 including GST for each parcel up to 25Kg (Fastway Courier). We also offer delivery by regular post, registered post, and express post. You can specify your own courier account details, but there is a packing charge of $4.40 per parcel.

8. Stock
We have a lot of goods in stock at all times but unfortunately, not everything is available all the time. Your order will be processed and despatched well within two business days in most cases, but usually the same day. If the goods are out of stock we will advise you as soon as possible with a realistic estimate of when it will be available. Please check BEFORE ordering if your requirement is urgent.
